Im Panneer Selvam ,71 years from Santhome.I underwent Robotic surgery for my prostrate cancer in 2019. I had leakage of urine. I was struggling with it for almost 4 years. Then I visited Dr.Srivatsan he asked me to go to JOGO clinic . I came to Jogo clinic in January 2024, Today by April 4,2024 I completed my sessions and im now completely cured. I was really frustrated with my problem I was using more than 5 diapers daily. Now I don't use any diaper. In JOGO clinic Dr.Vignesh and Dr. James took care of me really well. They made sure I understand all the exercise and do them.properly. Im completely satisfied with their treatment. I'm Krishnasamy 68 years old .I underwent Prostrate surgery and I developed Urinary incontinence, had urgency and frequency and was using diaper everyday. I am undertaking therapy sessions here. i had TFCC tear. Dr. Physiotherapist Vignesh had given me much information and he was good at explaining things which were difficult to understand. I visited Jogo in March this year for help with neck and shoulder stiffness. Keerthana helped me with the pain and subsequent therapy in a very efficient and calm manner. Thereafter I continued going there for strength building and overall firneaa. I was also preparing myself for a high altitude trek. Rizwana helped me with strength training and stability excercises which I must say helped me tremendously with my trek which was physically quite demanding. My overall experience with them has been great.

      My mom went for physiotherapy at Jogo clinic in madurai because of leg pain. She  was taken care by Dr.Devaki. Now my mom's leg pain lessened greatly. She is able walk and do her daily activities without suffering much now. Thanks for the help guys 👍

      V had good improvement wit our kid..n satisfied wit the OT n speech...elakiya mam for ot...the full session is really good n seen visible changes in behaviour....n parkavi mam for speech did good stimulation in improving my kids speech...unfortunately they shifted to new place... chengalpattu to thambaram...v really miss the sessions...

      I had been suffering from voiding dysfunction, pelvic pain and back pain from years. I got to know about Jogo from my doctor. Under the guidance of Dr Uma & Adithi, I went through pelvic relaxation online sessions. I was greatly benefitted by the sessions. I appreciate their in depth knowledge of the subject and way to connect with the patient. Adithi you are awesome, I know the challenges of online sessions, but you did a great job in explaining everything in detail until I got it right. I believe, when it comes to excercise, the consistency and getting it right matters a lot. Thanks Adithi for helping me and keep doing the good work!!

      I'm so happy after visiting jogo  because jogo gave me a new hope for rest of my life 😃I'm just 28 now but my pelvic problems make me very worst  restless and take me into  deep depression. in some point  i feel I'm helpless there is no solution for my pblm because I consult many gynecologist but they know  only pregnancy related treatment then i found jogo in google  .jogo is  really wonderful and they are not money minded. i really thankful to my therapist aditi mam she is awesome and also thankful to deepika mam and jogo team as well.
Aditi mam  doesn't know  that much of tamil but she can understand my pblms  . Rompa calm ah ennoda problems enna nu kettu understand panni correct ah enakku biofeedback use panni treatment start pannanga and she gave  me to do some muscle relaxing  exercises it really really work for me and food diet also she told me to do.i have a request for them to do some awareness programs about pelvic dysfunction because most of the people affected by this pblm but they are not aware about it. So pls help them they don't know seriousness of this pblm even they don't know there was such a treatment is  here.thank you...,,,,,,....

      I had an appointment at K.S. Hospital for some other issue and asked Doctor about Urinary incontinence. Dr. told me about JOGO Clinic and Mrs.Deepika Ma'am.
I really thank God that i got a sincere, passionate, dedicated and truly caring trainer. Deepika Ma'am has explained clearly about how the muscles are working, what is the issue, what exercises we are going to do to strengthen the muscles. She fixes the timings in advance for the each session and gives the reminder message on previous day. She followups regularly to confirm whether we do the exercises at home and update the health status. I felt very comfortable with her since she is quite reachable for any Questions at any time. I am happy to share that able to achieve the expectation and no fear during sneezing and coughing. Deepika Ma'am is very kind, friendly and strict  in her therapy, she analyzes the problem in unique manner and gives the solution. THANKS A LOT Ma'am.
Few of the sessions were handled by Rizwana Madam. She taught the exercises for my leg pain and gave dietary advice. Thank you Rizwana.

It was very beneficial, the sessions were very effective and the care of the staff especially Suba ma'am (Coimbatore) was outstanding. Although I had joined late, they were patient and planned the sessions well, Even though I was obese, everyone was surprised that I maintained my weight well and had a normal and quick delivery thanks to their biofeedback which helped me understand what I should do and which muscles I need to relax. The exercises were useful as well for not only delivery and labor positions but in relieving other pains that I had as well.

My name is Rajshree Sivakumaran aged 57,suffering from Interstitial Cystitis which is a painful bladder syndrome.I had symptoms of urgency, frequency,pressure,pain .. This condition apart from medical therapy has a more important factor which is pelvic floor muscles for which pelvic floor therapy is of utmost importance.I came to Jogo under the care of Deepika kodhandaram mam who is my physio therapist.

In the beginning i couldn't find any difference with my symptoms, but i continued under her care for 10 weeks with preserverance.Then slowly I started to feel the magic physio therapy gave me. I had bad low back pain for more than a month. I visited quite a few physiotherapists. I was told sciatica, tail bone pains etc ., But it was Dr Lavanya of JOGO Clinic, Palikaranai who diagnosed the pain at the right point (I don't remember the science term) and provided minimal treatment. My wife (52 yrs) has been suffering with bladder issue for more than 2 years and under embarrassment during sneezing or coughing at many occasions. She surfed the internet and found JOGO. We approached the center and they advised for a therapy which was quite new to know about it. We met Dr.Deppika, who explained the nature of the issue and conducted the tests and advised for a 10 sitting therapy to get rid off. Initially, we thought how it could work, but, hatsoff, the improvement started within 3~4 sittings and she got the hope of getting rid off from the issue.

Upon completion of 10 sittings 85% she could able to achieve and now my wife moves /travels freely and fearless.
