I am kM .I have Rectocele problem I plan to do surgery inbetween our gynaecologist said to do PFE in jogo clinic so I went chennai jogo clinic my therapist Dr.Deepika taught an exercise of pelvic floor muscles after that 4-5 months session I had good result and no need for surgery like wise my mentality changed .Other therapist Hema ,Athithi, Rusvana these therapist also take care of me. Now I feel very very better. Thank you for Deepika mam other therapist also.

We had done a bio- therapy session .Dr. Adithi , Dr.Vigneswaran, Dr. Jeevan assist us.Its really very useful for us .my kid really likes to do those exercise regularly. Their way of approach is really amazing, kids can easily learn and my kid will do it regularly and the result was really good. Thank you so much for your effort. I'm so happy after visiting jogo because jogo gave me a new hope for rest of my life ????I'm just 28 now but my pelvic problems make me very worst restless and take me into deep depression. in some point i feel I'm helpless there is no solution for my pblm because I consult many gynecologist but they know only pregnancy related treatment then i found jogo in google .jogo is really wonderful and they are not money minded. i really thankful to my therapist aditi mam she is awesome and also thankful to deepika mam and jogo team as well.

It was very beneficial, the sessions were very effective and the care of the staff especially Suba ma'am (Coimbatore) was outstanding. Although I had joined late, they were patient and planned the sessions well, Even though I was obese, everyone was surprised that I maintained my weight well and had a normal and quick delivery thanks to their biofeedback which helped me understand what I should do and which muscles I need to relax. The exercises were useful as well for not only delivery and labor positions but in relieving other pains that I had as well.

My wife had taken prenatal sessions and guidance from deepika mam.

Deepika mam had explained each and every exercise in prenatal sessions clearly and gave good guidance about what are the things we need to follow during delivery and post delivery. Deepika mam advice breaks the lot of myths about delivery.

My name is Rajshree Sivakumaran aged 57,suffering from Interstitial Cystitis which is a painful bladder syndrome.I had symptoms of urgency, frequency,pressure,pain .. This condition apart from medical therapy has a more important factor which is pelvic floor muscles for which pelvic floor therapy is of utmost importance.I came to Jogo under the care of Deepika kodhandaram mam who is my physio therapist. 

I had bad low back pain for more than a month. I visited quite a few physiotherapists. I was told sciatica, tail bone pains etc ., But it was Dr Lavanya of JOGO Clinic, Palikaranai who diagnosed the pain at the right point (I don't remember the science term) and provided minimal treatment. After 7 days of treatment my pain totally got faded away. She also taught and made me to do exercises from day 2. Thank you.

Dr. Darshan Physiotherapist Jogo Pallikaranai was very kind and professional in the way he treated my shoulder pain. I took physiotherapy treatment for 7days and now I'm completely alright. Dr. Darshan used to constantly monitor my shoulder pain using JOGO device which was very vital during my recovery. Also he taught me simple physical exercises for my shoulder and knee pains. I had undergone leg surgery in Medlife Deepam Hospital Pallikarnai. After surgery doctor advised me to take physiotherapy session at Jogo Pallikarnai at the above said hospital. My therapist Dr Lavanya was extremely helpful cooperative she listened to my problems and very much friendly towards me. My wife (52 yrs) has been suffering with bladder issue for more than 2 years and under embarrassment during sneezing or coughing at many occasions. She surfed the internet and found JOGO.
